Some of the most popular and in-demand holiday destinations are Queensland’s Gold Coast attractions. A visit to these Gold Coast attractions guarantees an unforgettably great time, what with the delights that are on offer. You can go swimming, surfing, or, if you’re staying on dry land, you can visit its huge shopping centres and famous theme parks. The Gold Coast offers something for everyone.

The Gold Coast is considered as Australia’s most popular tourist hot-spot. It offers great guest accommodation to suit your every need and every budget, with its wide selection of four and five star hotels, resorts, and apartments; all of which offer breathtaking views of gorgeous beaches and lush, tropical foliage. Some of these places also offer other facilities such as boardrooms, and private dining rooms to cater to your every need.

The Gold Coast boasts 52 kilometres of beach, waves that are a surfer’s dream come true, fine dining, throbbing night life, and a lot more. Gold Coast attractions are guaranteed to please, whether you’re a die-hard beach-bum, a shopping aficionado, or a nature buff.

Because of its sub-tropical climate, you can visit the Gold Coast all year round. No matter when you visit, there are fun and exciting activities you can take part in. Besides being well-known for its beaches and natural beauty, the Gold Coast is also famous for its exciting theme parks, such as Dreamworld and Movie World, which offer hours of entertainment for the young and the young at heart.

If you want to shop until you drop, you will find both huge shopping centres and small souvenir shops.  You can also go up the Q1 observation deck, which is mounted on the tallest residential building in the southern hemisphere, and boasts a breathtaking view of the Gold Coast. The attractions along the Gold Coast will appeal to everyone, whether you’re an adventurous thrill-seeker, holiday-maker, surfer, or nature-lover. The Gold Coast also offers the chance to learn more about Australian history and culture, and you can find local arts and crafts shops where you can purchase samples of native art. If you’d like to find accommodation in the hinterland, you can go to Lamington National Park, where you can stay in luxurious comfort at O’Reilly’s, while enjoying a fantastic view of the park.

If you would like to find out more about the types of accommodation available, you can visit tourist-oriented websites. Some of these sites offer exclusive discounted rates on stays at resorts, hotels, apartments and condos when you’re making a reservation online. Some of these places are situated right across from Southern Gold Cross station, so you’ll have no problem with getting around the Gold Coast.

The Gold Coast is Australia’s premier tourist destination and it is unlikely you will find a better location for your holiday.
