I was intrigued by the title. I worked in Madrid a few years ago and went to a bullfight at La Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas…not sure if I’d go again.
I visited Spain almost every year of my adult life when I lived in the UK, to escape the harsh British winters. Even though “home is” in now on New Zealand’s beach abundant North Shore, Spain will always be a special place for me – full of culture and history.
I cook a mean Paella and cooked it for 18 people on Christmas Day!
